Schimbarea, "altceva", "să dăm o șansă".

Schimbatul locului de muncă, a casei, a partenerului, a motocicletei, a orașului, a mașinii, a orice - trebuie să aibă o preconciliere amiabilă, apoi un plan, etape ulterioare clar definite, și să utilizeze și epuizeze toate argumentele cu mult timp înainte de final.

Nu-s sfaturi, nu mai dau nici măcar recomandări gratis, sunt doar descrieri personale:

1. Fă ceea ce este corect, sănătos, bine pe termen lung, onest. Oferă și cere încredere. Vei primi exact ceea ce ești, ceea ce reprezinți.

2. Fă tot ce-ți stă în putere că să păstrezi actualul loc de muncă, mașină, colaborare, partener, casă, motocicletă, relație, oraș, afacere, etc. Fii cât se poate de stabil. Echilibrul tău ești tu.
